Refund policy

Returns
All returned suits must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date in unused pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact.

Buy Now returns and/or exchanges should be submitted via our online Returns and Exchanges site: https://gosummersalt.loopreturns.com/#/. You will need your order number and your shipping zip code to enter this site. If your return/exchange is over 30 days, you will not be able to submit your return/exchange.

We reserve the right to cancel returns and exchanges that were submitted within the 30 day timeframe but not mailed within the 30 day timeframe. The shipping labels will be voided and your order will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund and you should receive an email notifying you of the refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
